Registered and Licensed Vocation Nurses provide skilled nursing care. Home health aides assist with personal, household, and health-related tasks. Physical therapists conduct home safety evaluations and help patients regain strength and increase mobility. Medical social workers provide counseling and put you in touch with appropriate community services.	Occupational therapists work with patients to improve and restore physical and mental dexterity. Speech therapists focus on improving impaired speech and overcoming swallowing difficulties which may result from illness or injury.
