As a native of Oroville, Dr. Wyles has dedicated her career to serving those in northern California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Medicine with an emphasis in Hospital Administration from California State University, Chico. An interest in medicine led her to pursue pre-medicine classes at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) before being accepted to medical school at the University of Minnesota. After earning her medical degree, Dr. Wyles returned to UC Davis to complete her residency and internship in family medicine. She was the first rural track resident at UC Davis which allowed her to practice medicine in Oroville, Yuba City and Marysville while completing her training. Dr. Wyles chose to specialize in family medicine because it allows physicians to touch on many aspects of health from dermatology to obstetrics. She enjoys the challenge of finding out what is happening with patients while figuring out how to manage their chronic health issues.
