  • Strong knowledge of  Microsoft Office Products

  • Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines

Responsibilities: 

Job Summary

The Network Analyst will perform a variety of tasks related to providing support for desktop; server; and network environments.

Duties

  • Install, upgrade, and support Server and Computer hardware/software
  • Assist with planning and implementation of IT projects as directed
  • Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on operating system and hardware to detect problems
  • Initiate preventive maintenance on systems and be capable of repairing issues as they arise
  • Strong experience with enterprise networking solutions including WAN, LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies
  • Experience with VMWare virtual server and workstation environments
  • Collaborate with vendors as directed
  • Mentor others in the performance of their job duties where applicable
  • Communicate effectively with all contacts
  • Accept and adapt easily to change
  • Support all company policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Functional Demands

Lifting generally not more than 50 lbs. and/or carrying objects weighing 25 lbs.

Standing requirements- 1-3 hours day with frequent walking, bending, and stooping.
