Ravi Nagubandi, M.D.
Dr. Nagubandi received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in India and received advanced training in laparoscopic surgery from the University of California, San Francisco. He is board certified in general surgery and is also a fellow of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. In addition, Dr. Nagubandi completed a hepato-pancreatico-biliary surgical fellowship at Jewish Hospital at the University of Louisville, Kentucky. He also received the Butte County fellowship in general surgery for robotic surgery training from Intuitive Surgical, Inc.
Randell Skau, M.D.
Dr. Skau completed his Doctor of Medicine at Loma Linda School of Medicine with advanced surgical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center and its affiliated hospitals. Dr. Skau is board certified by the American Board of Surgery with additional training for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, advanced video laparoscopic surgery and laparoscopic colon surgery. Dr. Skau has served as a medical missionary as Chief Medical Director of Adventist Health International in Nigeria and the Medical Director/CEO of Jengre SDA Hospital.

Peter Bippart, M.D.
Dr. Bippart received his master's degree in biochemistry from Boston University. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College with advanced training in obstetrics and gynecology from New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Bippart has been at Oroville Hospital since 2007. He is board certified in obstetrics and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Matthew Bazzani, M.D.
Dr. Bazzani’s areas of specialization include high-risk obstetrical services and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including advanced laparoscopy. He completed his medical education and advanced training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Bazzani has been a member of the surgical team at Oroville Hospital since 2003.

Lionel S. Foster Jr., M.D.
Dr. Foster received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, where is also completed a general surgery internship and urology residency. With special training as Chief Resident at UCSF, Dr. Foster is board certified by the American Board of Urology and holds advanced certification in extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy and also is credentialed as a fluoroscopy supervisor with an operator's license. Dr. Foster’s urologic practice includes pediatric and adult clinical and surgical expertise.
