Q: How do I know if my payment was accepted?
A: You will be sent a confirmation email. Also, you can go to "View Payment History" to view the payment and it's status.

Q: I only wanted to make one payment. Why does my bank show multiple transactions?
A: If you had to enter your card information more than once because one of your transactions failed, your bank may put a hold on those funds. Most likely your bank will release the funds back to your account the next day. The best way to identify a true duplicate transaction is to contact customer service at 530-538-8737. We will be able to research exactly how many payments were authorized by your bank.
