• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing Services, Nurse Practitioners and the Executive director, the RCM-RN managers, supervises, coordinates and participates in resident care programs, including the day-to-day oversight of care delivery in conjunction with other interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members.
