As a graduate of Frontier Nursing University, Jana Hirth upholds the Midwifery Model of Care which focuses on woman-centered health choices supported by best evidence. This model of care monitors the physical, psychological and social well-being of the mother throughout the child-bearing process with a focus on individualized education and prenatal care. Her experience includes assisting families as a doula, attending women at home and hospital births, and providing primary women's health care. She joined Oroville Hospital’s midwifery team in 2017 and is accepting new patients.
