Luke Sapp, Physical Therapist at Physical Therapy Associate of Oroville (PTAO), received his Bachelor’s in Biology from UC Davis and Master’s in Physical Therapy from UC San Francisco.  Since 2001, Luke has been working as a physical therapist, spending 13 years in private practice outpatient clinics, and 8 years at Oroville Hospital and PTAO working with in-patients and out-patients.  He primarily treats musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the spine and extremities following injury or surgical procedures.

Luke believes respect and empathy are at the forefront of providing patients with the best treatment. He empowers patients to play an active role in their recovery by prioritizing education of each patient in the specific dysfunction they receive treatment for. 

In his leisure time, Luke enjoys outdoor activities including boating on Lake Oroville, kayaking on the local waterways, riding ATV’s, and coaching his children’s soccer teams. He is proud to serve the community of Oroville, where he lives and is raising his family.
