
Oroville, CA ̶ Casey Nelson, PA-C is now seeing dermatology patients at Oroville Hospital’s new Dermatology Practice in the Oro Health Professional Plaza at 2809 Olive Highway in Suite 310. He will be offering a full range of treatments and services from acne and allergy patch testing to psoriasis and warts. He will also be providing screenings and treatment of precancerous conditions and cancers of the skin.
Casey Nelson is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Utah, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Utah Physician Assistant Program in 2006. He has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
After graduating from the Physician Assistant Program, he moved to Marietta, Georgia and joined Marietta Dermatology. Casey is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing, racquetball, and spending time with his family. Casey’s wife grew up in Sacramento and was eager to move back to the area to be closer to family.
