 Scott Chapple
President/Chief Executive Officer

Scott Chapple began serving as Oroville Hospital’s President/Chief Executive Officer in April 2026. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Chief Operating Officer for 23 years. His past experience includes various positions such as Human Resource Analyst, Director of Human Resources, Special Projects Manager, Vice President Human Resources and Assistant Administrator from 1984-1996. Prior to coming to Oroville he worked as the Vice President Human Resources, Vice President Support Services and Administrator/Vice President at Kalispell Regional Medical Center located in Kalispell, Montana. Scott Chapple’s professional affiliations include being a Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Director BETA council (BETA Healthcare Group), past Council Member of ALPHA Fund, past Board Member at St. Matthew’s School and a past Member of the Hospital United Way Planning Committee and United Way Allocations Committee.

Tanya Kohli
Chief Operating Officer

Tanushri (Tanya) Kohli joined Oroville Hospital in 2014. During her tenure with the hospital, Tanya has held healthcare executive positions as the Vice President of Business Development, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, and Director of Administrative Services. Prior to joining Oroville Hospital, Tanya received a Masters of Law (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and Bachelor of Social-Legal Sciences (B.S.L.) from Symbiosis Society’s Law College and has been admitted as an advocate before the Bar Council of Delhi and a solicitor before the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Tanya previously served as an advocate for a decade with a leading national law firm in India focusing on corporate law (mergers and acquisitions). She is a member of good standing in both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) organizations.

Colleen Sue Duncan
Chief Financial Officer

Colleen Sue Duncan has served as Oroville Hospital’s Chief Financial Officer since 2020. Her 25 years of hospital finance experience include various positions such as Controller at Healdsburg General Hospital from 1995-1999, Accounting Supervisor at Ukiah Valley Medical Center from 2000-2009 and Controller and Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Oroville Hospital from 2009-2019. Colleen Sue Duncan’s professional affiliations include being a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Edie Fischer, RN
Chief Nursing Officer

Edie Fischer has been an employee at Oroville Hospital since 2011, serving in capacities of Staff Nursing in the Emergency Department, Nursing Supervisor, Director of Medical Surgical Services, and Director of Perioperative Services. She has also provided clinical oversight of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology. 

Edie has served in various roles in the Incident Command post for the Oroville Dam Crisis, the Camp Fire Disaster and the Bear Fire Disaster. She is a member of the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses and the American Society of Paranesthesia Nurses. Edie has volunteered at the Oroville Salmon Festivals, providing influenza vaccines to members of the Oroville Community. She has also worked with the community, providing COVID vaccines at local clinics and orchestrating a mock surgical suite at the Oroville Hospital Family Health Fair (2019).
