Dr. Farhan is a dual fellowship- trained in Spine surgery and Musculoskeletal oncology. Dr. Farhan completed his fellowship in Spine surgery at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). where he acquired extensive training and experience treating cervical, thoracic and lumbar degenerative disease, spine trauma and infections.
Dr. Farhan is also a fellowship trained in musculoskeletal oncology at University of California Davis Health (UCDH) with expertise in bone and soft tissue sarcomas patients. He specializes in limb salvage resections and reconstructions for bone and soft tissue sarcomas of the extremities.
Dr. Farhan is an active member of North America of Spine Society (NASS) and Connective tissue oncology society (CTOS). He has received his medical degree with Honors from Al-Qadisiya University College of Medicine in Iraq. He completed his orthopedic residency training at the King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) in Jordan.
