“The nursing staff at your hospital were nothing short of angels. Every single person who interacted with us was patient, kind and understanding.
We had the pleasure of meeting the incredible Midwives and care providers at two of the pre-labor appointments, as well as during and after labor and delivery. Everyone, including the front desk staff, was absolutely amazing!
The entire time our birth mother was in the hospital, the staff made her feel comfortable and safe. I have a background in psychology, and I was consistently amazed by how the staff of women cared for her, allowing her to be herself and very comfortable.
These women also ensured that she would not be without a midwife that she knew and trusted during the weekend of her delivery. They took it upon themselves to rearrange their schedules to be available to her so that she had an advocate and care team member that she would know and trust.
My husband and I were in the Labor and Delivery area for two nights and the entire staff, including the food service and janitorial staff, were so kind to us. Thank you for checking in multiple times to make sure we were okay.
Everyone who brought us meals took them away after we were done and helped to clean our area, and the rest of the labor and delivery areas, were all so helpful and nice. They could tell we were stressed and sleepy and made sure to come into our room quietly and always make sure we were well taken care of.
Thank you all for going above and beyond for our family. We are forever grateful that you will always be a part of our son’s birth story and we are so honored that you treated us with such amazing care! We keep you all in our thoughts, discussion and prayers.”
